We will ask for your budget, your preferences and any special needs. Once we know that, we can recommend the best options for you and your group. We do no charge any extra for this, we just want you to have a superb experience and support local companies, win-win 😉
Easy, you could book a tour straight from our website or contact us if you have any questions. You will receive a confirmation email with further information about the tour, time, people in your party, location, etc. On the day, you just need to tell the booking name to the guide, pay and you are ready to go.
Private tours are thought for 10+ people. The tours must be paid at least 3 days in advance, and you can choose the starting point and time. The guide will be only for your group.
Individual tours are thought for less than 10 people, a non-refundable 10% will be paid in advance and the rest in cash on the day. Also, the starting point and time will be established. You will share the guide and experience with other travellers.
The bookings of the tours for individual travellers will be closed 12hours before the tour starts, if you want to book 12 hours before, you can send us an email, whatsapp or give us a call and we will book for you if the tour is available.
If you want to book a private tour for a group, as sooner the better. If the guide is available, we can arrange the tour from one day to the other.
When booking as an individual traveller, we charge a no refundable 10%. The other 90% will be paid at the meeting point, before the tour starts. However, if you book a private tour only for your party, full payment must be made, at least 3 days in advance, and it will be only refundable for a cause of force majeure.
If you are an individual traveller, you must pay 10% in advance by the website. The rest must be paid in cash before the tour starts. If you are a private group, you must pay for the tour at least 3 days in advance. We will provide you with a bank account or paypal (5% extra).
If you are coming to a private tour, the guide is only for you, so he/she will wait for you. If the delay is more than 10 minutes, we may discount the delayed time from the total time of the tour. If you are coming as an individual traveller, we will wait for 10 minutes courtesy. After that we will reach you and, if you have whatsapp, we will send you the real time location, so you can find us.
It depends on the tour. Do not worry, you will receive a confirmation email when booking. All the information about the guide can be found in that email.
Of course! And we will be very happy to organize even a full week for you. Some discounts can be applied depending on the number of tours you want to do and how many people in your party.
The minimum of people on the tour is not set by stone, but our rates are. If you are 1, 2, 3 people and you are willing to pay for 10, we will be very happy to guide you around.
