Paella & Sangría Cooking Experience

Description
Eating Paella and drinking Sangría is a must when visiting Spain. But if on top of that you learn how to cook them, the experience will be superb!
During this workshop you will learn how to cook an authentic Alicante style Paella and Sangria. The Paella we suggest is shrimp and cuttle fish, since it is the traditional from the area, but we can cook any flavour you prefer.
All the ingredients are fresh, bought at the Central Market. Just a few minutes away from the workshop place.
In fact, if you are available in the morning (the Market opens only until 2:30pm), we can visit the Market and buy the ingredients all together for no extra cost.
Along with the Paella and Sangría, we prepare some local aperitives such as tomato salad with salted fish (that we previously torch), a cold sausage from Alicante mountains and Iberian Ham. As a dessert, you will enjoy the best seasonal local fruits.
Are there any vegetarians in your party? Do not worry! We can cook a fish/meat paella and, also, a vegetarian one. We can also provide vegetarian aperitives.
If available, we can also offer a guitar player to play a few songs at the end of the experience, as the icing on the cake. If interested, please, ask for prices and availability.
The minimum requested for this experience is 10 people. If you do not reach the number, you can also join the set-up activity for individual travellers. (añadir link)
